The mountain teaches stability and grandeur;
the ocean immensity and change.
Forests, lakes, and rivers, clouds and winds,
stars and flowers,
stupendous glaciers and crystal snowflakes
every form of animate or inanimate existence,

I agree,nature is filled with joy and refreshing objects which are meant for calmness in odd situations of life, stable mind set achieved with the glimpse of such wonderful aspects of nature.
